I subscribed but Premium isn’t unlocked.
Try “Restore Purchases” in the app’s Settings. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us and we’ll help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
I’m having trouble with billing or payments.
Apple handles payment details. If you’re seeing an error, a device restart and retry often helps. If it persists, contact us and include the exact message you see.
How do I delete my data?
CleanLife doesn’t require an account. In the app: Settings → Reset app data (clears profile/favorites/daily log on your device). If you’ve submitted ingredient text or photos, you can remove those from our servers via Settings → Delete uploaded contributions. If you can’t access the app, email us and include your Device ID (Settings → Your Data).
